<em>January 17, 2012</em> – Maracay Homes purchased 59 Developed Lots in the <strong>Montelena</strong> Master Plan, located at Chandler Heights Rd &amp; Hawes Rd, Queen Creek, Arizona.  The cash purchase price was $3,304,000 | $56,000/Developed Lot.  The breakdown of the lots is as follows: 36 Lots (120’ x 150’), 16 Lots (90’ x 140’) and 7 Lots (100’ x 140’).  The seller in this transaction was Metropolitan Land Company.  Grant D Helgeson, Don McCaul and Ryan Arp of the Westland Properties Group represented the Buyer in this transaction.<br />
