Data Analysis, RESEARCH & GIS

The Westland Properties Group provides state-of-the-art mapping and spatial analysis through our Geographic Information System (GIS), as well as incorporating data and imagery from a variety of sources. Our Land Research Department works directly with the WPG brokers to coordinate accurate data analysis. The methods we use are leading edge in the land brokerage business.

RESEARCH & GIS INTERNShips

For the past 15 years, the Westland Properties Group has offered Research and GIS Internship programs through our relationships with Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges. Our Research and GIS interns work closely with our team providing additional, supportive market research to keep WPG on the cutting edge of digital mapping technology, as well as providing practical, real world work experience for Research/GIS students.

Drone Photography

The Westland Properties Group utilizes the professional drone aerial photography and video services of Arizona Desert Eagle Drone Photography. With 30 years of real estate experience, they have a unique perspective on photographing sites for the real estate community. All of their pilots have FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification Licenses and all drones are registered with the FAA. All drone aerial services are covered by a liability insurance policy.

Helicopter Tours

The Westland Properties Group has partnered with a privately owned aviation company to offer a special helicopter tour of the Phoenix marketplace for our select clients.  The Bell 429 helicopter is privately owned and piloted by Carl Hauprich, a former US Marine.  The hanger is conveniently located in the Scottsdale Airpark. 

Car Wash Thursdays

For the past 15 years, the Westland Properties Group has worked with local entrepreneur, Kevin Cherry, owner of Bling Bling Express, an automobile detailing company. Every Thursday, during the lunch hour, Kevin comes to the office and details our clients cars while they meet with our team for market updates, as well as land acquisition and sales opportunities. His attention to detail and enterprising nature complements the WPG mission.
