The property is being conceptually planned for single family homes together with an adjacent 8.16 acres of land that is owned by Avenue North. The cash purchase price was $1,680,000 | $174,240/Acre | $4/sf. KHB/Keystone Homebuilders, Inc. purchased the site from a group of investors and assigned their interest to 36th & Southern, LLC.
