The Seller in this transaction was Smart Family, LLC. This is the final parcel in Empire’s ±16 Acre Wolf Springs Ranch assemblage that is planned for 45 Lots | 80’ x 130’. In June, 2016, Empire purchased the adjacent Casy Preschool site on 93rd St & Cactus. Grant D. Helgeson and Don McCaul of the Westland Properties Group represented the Buyer in both transactions.
