Empire Residential Communities Fund III, LLC purchased the ±1.9 Acre Casy Preschool site from John & Diane Spero. The cash purchase price was $1,890,000. The site will be incorporated into the planning of Empire’s adjacent ±13.42 Acre Wolf Springs Ranch subdivision for additional Single Family Lots. Grant D.
