The City of Peoria finalized the purchase of the Sunrise Mountain Master Plan site located at 91st Ave & Happy Valley Rd, Peoria, Arizona. The City of Peoria is utilizing this site for Open Space / Preserve use. The Seller in this transaction was Sunrise Mountain Development Partners LLC / Keith Holben. The total cash purchase price was $8,970,000 and the site totals ±208 Net Acres. The City of Peoria previously purchased ±85 Net Acres of this site in May 2016. Grant D.
