The Seller in this transaction was Sunrise Mountain Development Partners LLC / Keith Holben. The cash purchase price was $1,950,000. The City of Peoria has an option to purchase the ±123 Net Acre balance of the ±208 Gross Acre site within the next 14 months. Grant D.
