The City of Peoria is utilizing this site for Open Space / Preserve use and public enhancement. The Seller in this transaction was Sunrise Mountain Development Partners LLC. This final takedown was for $2,340,000. The total cash purchase price was $8,970,000 and the site totals ±208 Net Acres.
